About Me
I am a 22 year old Maths graduate from Newcastle University now working as a Statistician for Adelphi Real World.
I was introduced to the sport after my step dad, Paul, wanted to lose a bit of weight. I competed in my first triathlon at the age of 16 turning up with a borrowed wetsuit, a mountain bike and an old pair of astroturf trainers. It's fair to say it didn't go very well but the feeling of crossing the finish line was something else.
University was where I properly took to the sport after falling out with football. Ever since then I've just dedicated more and more time to triathlon. I train whenever I can and push myself to the limits to make myself better in every discipline.
Having only competed competitively over the past 3 years, I am excited to see what future success I can have in the sport.
