For the month of July I have challenged myself to run at least 5km every single day no matter what the conditions. I feel this will motivate me more to improve my running. I will aim to improve my form and cadence in this period.
I will face several challenges during the month as I am working 5 days a week and often cycle to and from work (around 100km in total) at least once a week. I also wish to continue my hard training in swimming and cycling, as I don't want these disciplines to be negatively effected by this challenge. I also have the Ripon Triathlon on the 9th July which means I will not be able to taper for the event as much as I would like, but nevertheless I feel this challenge will make me a stronger runner and can't wait to see the effects.
